I’m hosting a photography retreat in Utah from September 4–8, 2025, and this form is for photographers who are seriously interested in attending.

This retreat is designed to help you:

Only 10 spots are available. If selected, you’ll receive a contract, questionnaire, and invoice via email. A $200 non-refundable retainer is required to hold your spot.

Where is the Retreat Located?

The retreat takes place in Springville, UT (exact locations will be shared with attendees closer to the date).

Who is the retreat for?

Photographers who want to build an elevated portfolio, connect with other creatives, and feel inspired again--whether you're new or experienced.

What's included in the retreat?

4 nights of lodging, daily styled shoots, content days, swag bag, and more.

What's the cost and how do I pay?

$400 + tax. A $200 non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your spot. An invoice will be sent if you receive one of the 10 spots.

Are flights and transportation included?

Travel to and from the retreat is not included. You'll be responsible for getting yourself there.

Is the retreat beginner-friendly?

Yes! Whether you're a new photographer or a few years in, this is about growth, not perfection.

What if I don't know anyone else attending?

Most people come solo! This is a welcoming, supportive space!

What happens after I fill out the form?

If selected, you'll receive an email with a contract, invoice, and questionnaire. The $200 retainer is due within 48 hours to reserve your spot.

What's your refund policy?

The $200 retainer is non-refundable. Remaining payments may be refundable depending on timing (terms outlined in the contract).
